The evaluation study of The Lithuania, Poland and Kaliningrad Region of Russian Federation Neighbourhood Programme’s impact and efficiency was presented on 2nd of November in Mabre Residence Hotel in Vilnius. Study is prepared by „BGI Consulting“ Ltd. experts. The company was selected during process of public procurement.

Evaluation of the programme achievements, proposed recommendations for new programmes were presented during the event; afterwards participants discussed experts' recommendations and lessons learned.
30 representatives from various concerned institutions: Ministry of The Interior of The Republic of Lithuania, Ministry of The Finances of The Republic of Lithuania, Ministry of Environment of The Republic of Lithuania, National Audit Office of Lithuania, Public entity Joint Technical Secretariat, municipalities and counties of Programme’s territory were participating in the event.
The study will be completed according to participants’ comments and suggestions given at the event and the final version of the study will be presented at Joint Monitoring and Steering Committiee’s meeting in Gdansk on 17^th of November.
