The 13th meeting of the Joint Monitoring and Steering Committee (JMSC) of Lithuania, Poland and Kaliningrad Region of Russian Federation Neighbourhood Programme took place in Gdańsk (Poland) on November 17, 2009.

The following issues and documents were dicussed during the meeting – the draft of the Annual Implementation Report for 2009, the draft o the Final Programme report, absorption of the programme funds and the Evaluation study of the Programme, which was presented by the expert from the “BGI consulting” Ltd. During the second part of the meeting the issues related to closure of the Programme were discussed.
 

The Annual Implementation report and the Final report shall be approved by the JMSC in the beginning of 2010 after all the comments from the institutions will be incorporated into the documents.
