Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) is a public entity, established by Lithuanian Ministry of Interior (Managing Authority of the Lithuania, Poland and Kaliningrad Region of Russian Federation Neighbourhood Programme). The JTS provides technical assistance to the Neighbourhood Programme.
